From 22 to 24 September 2026, a training event entitled “E-Commerce” was held at the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, in accordance with established procedures, in cooperation with the Programme Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Dushanbe. Staff members of the Agency took part in the event.
During the training, an invited expert delivered presentations on digital trade, current legislation, the global trade market, payment security and information management in trade, regional trade development, global digital trade markets and other topics. Participants discussed the experience of neighbouring countries, key areas of digital trade development, the development of online marketplaces and other issues.
Developing digital infrastructure, improving digital literacy and ensuring equal opportunities to use modern economic tools can help strengthen the foundations for sustainable development and enable the national economy to adapt to global digital trends.
At the conclusion of the event, participants were awarded certificates.
