On 31 July 2026, the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted the national competition "Development of a Digital Platform for the Commercialization of Scientific and Technological Research Results" as part of the events dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The competition brought together 15 participants from general secondary education institutions, higher education institutions, and technology companies, who presented their proposals for establishing a digital platform to facilitate the commercialization of scientific and technological research results.
The competition committee evaluated the submitted projects based on established criteria, including the level of innovation, technical feasibility, practical applicability, and commercialization potential.
Following the evaluation, Safar Fayzullojon Gurezzoda, a Candidate of Technical Sciences and a doctoral researcher at Tajik National University, was awarded first place.
All participants received certificates of appreciation from the Agency in recognition of their active participation and contribution to the development of the country's innovation ecosystem.
The organization of such competitions contributes to the development of Tajikistan's innovation ecosystem, promotes scientific and technological research, supports the commercialization of research outcomes, strengthens cooperation between science and industry, and advances the country's digital economy.
