On 28 July, an interagency meeting was held at the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe. The event was organized at the initiative of the Association of E-Commerce Participants of Tajikistan with the support of CIPE (Center for International Private Enterprise). The meeting focused on the development of a digital ecosystem for international trade and the launch of pilot projects for paperless trade.
The meeting was held as part of the implementation of the Government Resolution of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 552 of 31 October 2026, approving the Action Plan for the Simplification of Cross-Border Paperless Trade Procedures in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Representatives of government agencies, the private sector, and international organizations participated in the discussions. The key outcome of the meeting was unanimous support for launching pilot projects aimed at transitioning foreign trade to a fully digital format.

Integration of government information systems.
The information systems of the Tax Committee, the Customs Service, the State Unitary Enterprise "Single Window," and the Ministry of Transport will be integrated. The process will be built around the electronic invoice (e-Invoice), enabling information to be entered only once and reused by multiple government agencies.

Integration of the private sector with government digital services.
As part of the pilot project, the Green Logistics portal developed by Mavsim va K will be integrated with government information systems to support import and export operations in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions.
