Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is implementing a pilot project in the field of public services as part of the state policy aimed at developing the digital economy and e-government.
This initiative represents one of the key governmental reforms in the field of digital transformation, with the primary objective of establishing a modern, transparent, efficient, and accessible system for delivering public services to citizens and businesses.
Within the framework of this project, the Unified Public Services Portal (ekhizmat.tj) is actively operating and has already become an important digital platform for the provision of public services. The portal enables citizens and entrepreneurs to access essential services electronically without visiting government offices, thereby saving both time and resources.
Today, hundreds of services are available electronically through the portal, including the issuance of powers of attorney for vehicle operation, certificates confirming the presence or absence of a criminal record, permits for the use of tinted vehicle windows, registration of wedding ceremonies, permits for the commencement of construction works, as well as many other public services.
The key advantage of this pilot project is that citizens can now access public services twenty-four hours a day from any region of the country and even from abroad using only internet access and mobile devices.
Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan will continue to implement pilot projects in priority sectors of the national economy by utilizing advanced technologies and international best practices.
E-government is the pathway toward transparency, efficiency, and the digital future of Tajikistan.
