On March 4, 2025, a meeting was held between the Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Germany to the Republic of Tajikistan, York Schuegraf.
During the meeting, issues related to strengthening bilateral cooperation in the development of innovation and digital technologies, as well as expanding the use of modern technologies in the economic sector and public administration, were discussed.
It was noted that the Republic of Tajikistan attaches special importance to developing international cooperation with advanced countries, including Germany, with the aim of technology transfer, attracting investment, and implementing best practices.
The parties expressed their readiness to strengthen cooperation in digital technology development, enhance human resource capacity, and implement joint initiatives.
Following the meeting, the Ambassador visited the Center for Public Services and became acquainted with the process of providing public services electronically, the level of digitalization of services, and the technical capabilities of the center.
