On October 14, 2024, in Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan held a practical lesson on the topic "Effective Communication" for specialists and leading specialists.
During the lesson, the goals and objectives of communication, principles of effective communication, types of communication, external and internal communications, inter-level communications, communications between the manager and subordinates, communication between the manager and the working group, improving communications in government agencies and the process of feedback of verbal and non-verbal communication were discussed.
At the end of the practical lesson, the participants made a presentation on the topic "Improving Communication in Government Bodies".
