On October 15, 2025, the Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khurshed Mirzo, met with the Minister of Economy and Property of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Ali Madanizadeh.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the expansion of bilateral cooperation in the fields of digital economy, science and technology, development of innovation infrastructure, as well as the strengthening of cultural and scientific ties.
It was noted that enhancing collaboration in areas such as artificial intelligence, e-government, scientific research, and exchange of experience could serve as a solid foundation for strengthening relations between Tajikistan and Iran.
Both sides expressed their readiness to implement joint projects, hold forums and scientific conferences, and develop a practical cooperation program in the areas of innovation, digital technologies, and economy.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to follow up on the discussed issues and take practical measures for their implementation.
