On 8 October 2024, the Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan met with the Ambassador of France to the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the meeting it was important to highlight cooperation in the use of best practices in key areas, including training of programmers through face-to-face and virtual training courses, involvement of French companies, commercialisation of scientific and technical results, exchange of experience in the development of strategic documents on innovation and digital transformation, as well as strengthening cooperation in the development of IT parks in Tajikistan.
The accompanying delegation of the Ambassador of France to the Republic of Tajikistan included experts in the field of information technology and digital transformation, who expressed their opinion on establishing co-operation with the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies.
During the meeting, a French expert made a presentation of the company ‘Smart Finance by ika technology’, sharing his opinion on the potential and the essence of interest in cooperation with the Tajik side.
In the end, the parties agreed to hold a virtual meeting with relevant French companies and to further develop the achievements and implement practical measures.
