Xiamen, 16-17 September 2025 – The Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan took part in the BRICS Forum on Partnership on New Industrial Revolution 2025, where he actively contributed to high-level discussions on advancing industrial and digital cooperation.
During the Industrial High-Level Dialogue of the Partnership on New Industrial Revolution (PartNIR) Forum 2025, the Director delivered a keynote address. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of international cooperation in building resilient digital ecosystems, accelerating innovation, and attracting sustainable investment to Tajikistan. He underlined the role of cross-border digital connectivity, emerging technologies, and public-private partnerships in driving inclusive industrial growth.
On the sidelines of the Forum, the Director held a series of bilateral meetings with senior Chinese officials. He met with H.E. Li Lecheng, Minister of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, to discuss strengthening cooperation in industrial digitalization, capacity-building, and the development of cloud-based public services, as well as a meeting with Mr. Zhao Long, Governor of Fujian Province, focusing on joint opportunities in high-tech zones, data infrastructure, and semiconductor industries.
The Director invited the Fujian Government and business community to participate in the upcoming Second International “Digital Tajikistan” PLUS Forum, to be held on 13 October 2025 in Dushanbe, as a platform to expand cooperation and showcase new opportunities.
The participation of Tajikistan’s delegation at the BRICS Forum reaffirmed the country’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships, attracting advanced technologies, and positioning itself as a hub for innovation and connectivity in Central Asia.
