Every year on May 25, World Football Day is celebrated internationally at the initiative of the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Mayor of Dushanbe, the President of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, and the President of the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA), the esteemed Rustam Emomali.
In anticipation of this date, on May 24, 2025, a football tournament was held in Dushanbe with the participation of employees from the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The main goal of the event was to strengthen corporate spirit, promote physical activity, and encourage a healthy lifestyle among the Agency’s staff. The competitions were held in a spirit of friendship, respect, and team unity. At the end of the tournament, the winners were awarded the Agency Cup, while the runner-up teams received letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts.
It is planned that such sporting initiatives will become a valued tradition and contribute to further strengthening team cohesion and promoting physical culture within the Agency's workforce.
