Guidelines for the Development of Sectoral Science in Light of the Leader of the Nation’s Instructions
Dear staff of the State Institution “Institute of Biological Safety and Biotechnology”!
Following my participation in the high-level meeting with Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, held in Dangara district, I consider it necessary to share the key outcomes and outline our future tasks.
During the meeting, the Head of State paid special attention to the key issues of national development, particularly food security, sustainable agricultural development, efficient use of natural resources, and adaptation to climate change. It was emphasized that in the context of a rapidly changing global environment, increasing production efficiency and adopting modern technologies are top priorities.
For us, as a research institution, these directives imply an even greater level of responsibility. We must intensify our work in the following areas:
— expanding research in biological safety and crop adaptation to climate change;
— developing and implementing innovative technologies in agriculture;
— contributing to increased crop yields and improved product quality;
— strengthening cooperation with scientific and industrial institutions domestically and internationally;
— training highly qualified specialists and enhancing the professional level of staff.
As emphasized by the Leader of the Nation, significant untapped potential still remains. Therefore, each of us must act with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication to the country, and application of modern knowledge to contribute meaningfully to achieving the nation’s strategic goals.
I am confident that the institute’s team, with a clear understanding of the tasks ahead, will further strengthen its efforts and make a substantial contribution to the development of national science and the country’s food security.
Respectfully,
Azizullo Odilovich Abdulloev
Director of the State Institution
