On-Site Training Course on “Protection of State Secrets and Technical Information Security in Khatlon Region: Existing Shortcomings and Ways to Address Them”
In accordance with the work plan of the Main Department and the Action Plan for the implementation of the “State Programme for Strengthening the Protection of State Secrets and Technical Information Security in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021–2026,” an on-site training course entitled “Protection of State Secrets and Technical Information Security in Khatlon Region: Existing Shortcomings and Ways to Address Them” was held in Khatlon Region on 25 September 2026. The event was attended by officials responsible for maintaining secrecy regimes in government agencies and
It was noted that the purpose of organizing and conducting this event was to enhance the knowledge and professional competence of officials from government agencies and organizations in the areas of state secret protection and technical information security. The event also aimed to draw their particular attention to the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning the prevention of unauthorized disclosure of state secrets and the liability associated with such violations.
During the training course, participants received detailed information on the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan governing the protection of state secrets, the procedures for handling and storing documents containing restricted-access information, and technical measures for information security.
