With the aim of raising patriotism and self-awareness, national pride, respect for history and civilization, culture, national and folk traditions, promoting national clothing, preventing foreign worship, and presenting the high art and craftsmanship of the Tajik people, the second festival-exhibition of national costumes titled "Radiance of Colors" was held at the "Kohi Navruz" Palace, initiated by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Khurshida Sattorova Fashion House.
