The official opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Within the framework of the Days of Culture of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan, held from May 25 to 29, 2026, the official opening ceremony took place on May 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Kokhi Borbad Palace.

The cultural program of the evening featured a grand concert by the “Fonograf-Sympho-Jazz” orchestra under the direction of People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Sergey Zhilin, as well as a performance by the famous ballet group “Todes”. The audience was presented with the finest examples of Russian musical art and contemporary choreography.

At the same time, an exhibition of paintings by artists from the Russian Federation was organized as part of the event, allowing culture and art enthusiasts to become acquainted with the latest works of Russian artists.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Ministers of Culture of the two countries, representatives of culture and arts, science and literature, creative communities, as well as official guests.

The Days of Culture of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan contribute to strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties, expanding creative cooperation, and developing friendly relations and strategic partnership between the two countries.
