Qualification requirements for candidates:

higher professional education in economics;

6 years of public service experience or 7 years of general work experience;

knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and international legal documents recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan regulating the performance of official duties of the Head of the Department;

professional knowledge, leadership, management and organizational skills, initiative, ability to plan workflow and work with subordinates;

good communication skills, including the ability to establish cooperation in implementing state interests;

knowledge of history, culture, national values, the state language and foreign languages;

2. Head of the Technical Regulation Sector — 1 position

Qualification requirements:

higher professional education in construction;

3 years of public service experience or 4 years of general work experience;

knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, sectoral regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and international documents recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan related to the activities of the Ministry of Culture;
