The Central Office of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan announces a competition for the following vacant civil service positions:

1. Head of Internal Audit Department – 1 position

Requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics;

• At least 6 years of civil service experience or 7 years of total work experience;

• Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, national and international legal acts;

• Professional knowledge, leadership, management, planning, and organizational skills;

• Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively in the interests of public service;

• Knowledge of history, culture, national values, the state language, and foreign languages;

• Understanding of the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan;

• High standards of ethics and respect for human rights and freedoms;

• Computer literacy and knowledge of modern information technologies;

• Required to undergo professional training at least once every three years.

Salary: 3,110.14 TJS + additional payments according to the Unified Tariff Scale.

2. Head of Technical Regulation Department – 1 position

Requirements:

• Higher professional education in construction;

• At least 3 years of civil service experience or 4 years of total work experience;

• Other requirements are the same as for the previous position.

Salary: 2,842.00 TJS + additional payments.

3. Chief Specialist, Internal Audit Department – 1 position

Requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics;

• At least 2 years of civil service experience or 3 years of total work experience;

• Other requirements are the same.

Salary: 2,320.00 TJS + additional payments.

4. Leading Specialist, Internal Audit Department – 1 position

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics;

• At least 1 year of total work experience;

• Other requirements are the same.

Salary: 1,890.80 TJS + additional payments.

5. Leading Specialist, Department for Development of Cultural, Recreational Institutions and Folk Crafts – 1 position

Requirements:

• Higher education in the humanities;

• At least 1 year of total work experience;

• Other requirements are the same.

6. Leading Specialist, Department of Science and Educational Institutions – 1 position

Requirements:

• Higher education in philology, journalism, or humanities;

• At least 1 year of total work experience;

• Specialized education in accounting or finance;

Note:

Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, sectoral legal acts, history, culture, national values, the state language, and Tajik spelling rules, as well as proficiency in computer skills and job-specific competencies, is mandatory. Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
