November 15, 2024, Baku (Azerbaijan). - Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan Daler Juma participated and spoke at the Energy Transition Investment Forum for Central Asia, which was held within the framework of the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.During his speech, the Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan stated that 98 percent of Tajikistan's electricity is produced using water resources, and our country's share of greenhouse gas emissions is at a low level. Solar power plants using renewable energy sources are being built in Tajikistan.
