October 30, 2024, Dushanbe. – In the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, in order to clarify the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan", "on responsibility for the education and upbringing of a child" (in a new edition), "on the education of patriotism of citizens" and the fight against terrorism and extremism, under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Sharif Khudobakhsh, a meeting was held A meeting with the participation of Aminov Burkhoniddin, a representative of the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Rituals under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and employees. Opening the meeting, Sharif Khudobakhsh stated that these laws, considered as national laws, are actually aimed at protecting national values and social interests of the country's citizens. In his speech, burkhoniddin Aminov explained in detail the norms of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the regulation of celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan". It was noted that this law covers three important aspects – economic, legal and moral. In other words, the law is aimed at increasing the spirit of humanity and humanity in society, opposing waste and extravagance. Then Guldasta Khalilova, head of the Personnel and Special Affairs Department of the Ministry, during her speech noted "The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Patriotic Education of Citizens" (December 24, 2022, No. 1920), if, on the one hand, we are talking about patriotic education of citizens, then, on the other hand, assigning responsibility to citizens in the direction of patriotism, patriotism, self-knowledge, protection of national values, awakening of national identity, ensuring security, peace, stability and sustainability of state independence is considered. Fostering the patriotism of citizens is the main pillar of the social policy of the Government of the country. That is why the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, dear Emomali Rahmon, considers the upbringing of children, adolescents and youth in the spirit of universal values, love for the Motherland, the upbringing of a person of a high moral level, with a warm sense of patriotism and national identity, a responsible, active, creative and creative priority task of the state, society and family and through annual essays, speeches and messages are constantly mentored and guided by the cultural community of the country in this matter." Further, Nigina Nazarova is the chief specialist of the Ministry's legal department on the topic "Ensuring and implementing the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "on Responsibility for the education and upbringing of a child" (in a new edition)" and Shamsiddin Fakirov is the chief specialist of the Ministry's legal department on the topic "Combating modern threats and dangers, including terrorism, extremism, radicalism religious prejudice and transnational organized crime" made presentations. At the end of the meeting, the head of the Legal Department of the Ministry, Khusrav Ramazanzoda, noted that we are all obliged to make efforts to comply with the requirements of national legislation and a real understanding of their goals.
