In order to implement paragraph 10 of the Resolution of the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe dated July 26, 2021 No. 434 "On approval" of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 30, 2021 No. 167 "On the national strategy for enhancing the role of women in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2030" in the city of Dushanbe for 2021-2025" and the Resolution of the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe dated May 17, 2024, No. 291 "On the organization of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs in the city of Dushanbe "in order to support women's initiatives in the development of entrepreneurship and enhance their contribution to the development of society, the first meeting of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe was organized and held in the hall of the executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the city of Dushanbe Odilzoda Dilbar and active women entrepreneurs of the capital. First, Deputy Chairman of the City of Dushanbe Odilzoda Dilbar spoke about the purpose of creating the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe and its importance for the development of women's entrepreneurship, then, in accordance with the agenda of the meeting of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe, the issues of approving the delegation (chairman, deputy chairwoman, secretary of the Council) and members of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe, approving the work plan of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of Dushanbe for the second half of 2024, the speech of the Deputy General Director of LLC "555 MPC" (entrepreneur - confectioner) - Udovletvorov Tabnun, the speech of the artisan (chakanduz) from the Firdavsi district of the city of Dushanbe - Yadgorova Davlatbi and current issues were discussed, relevant decisions were made. The Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the Executive Authority of Dushanbe is a public organization created to support women entrepreneurs, coordinator of entrepreneurial activity among women in Dushanbe, promotion of empowerment of women entrepreneurs, promotion of financial and social support for needy and vulnerable women, economic and social development of women. The main goal of the Council is to coordinate the movement and activities of women entrepreneurs in Dushanbe, as well as to promote their development, protect the rights and interests of women entrepreneurs in Dushanbe, support women entrepreneurs of the capital, develop their professional skills and abilities, attract talented women and girls to entrepreneurial activity through holding councils, forums, round tables, educational seminars and trainings and other scientific and educational events.
