With the aim of strengthening national self-awareness and consciousness, safeguarding national identity, and honoring the proud history and rich spiritual and cultural heritage of the Tajik people, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe, Esteemed Rustam Emomali, has launched a historical and cultural initiative.
It should be noted that this initiative represents a logical continuation of the policy of national statehood and the wise and far-sighted leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. In the complex conditions of the modern world, it is aimed at preserving the spiritual, historical, and civilizational foundations of the nation.
In this context, today the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe, Esteemed Rustam Emomali, held a meeting with a group of archaeologists, historians, cultural experts, and other representatives of science and literature.
During the meeting, the issue of establishing a Complex for the Revival of Historical Memory and the Strengthening of National Identity in the city of Dushanbe was discussed. The participants welcomed the new initiative of Esteemed Rustam Emomali and expressed their views and proposals on the matter.
This initiative is a sign of special respect and recognition for the individuals who, throughout history, have rendered outstanding service to freedom, independence, statehood, and the development of national culture.
