Honorable Rustam Emomali instructed the Deputy Akim of Dushanbe, together with the heads of districts and other relevant structures, to carry out work in the direction of improvement and landscaping, environmental protection, sanitation, planting seasonal flowers, landscaping and maintenance of streets and avenues, parks and alleys. clean and tidy and strengthen the city's revenue roads.

During the meeting, the representatives discussed the progress of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Dushanbe State Executive Authority for the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated June 22, 2023 No. 586 "On measures to expand non-cash payments", and a report from the Deputy Akim of Dushanbe was heard on this issue.
The Chairman of the Assembly of People's Deputies of Dushanbe gave specific instructions and orders to the First Deputy and Deputy Chairman of Dushanbe and other relevant structures to expand cashless payments in all areas and monitor the process of their implementation.
At the same time, it was instructed to take urgent measures to strengthen cashless activities in the direction of taxes, other mandatory payments and all types of services in all organizations and enterprises of the capital, regardless of ownership.
Then the progress of the implementation of the Industrial Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030 and the implementation of the Plan of the Dushanbe State Executive Authority in this area were discussed, and there was also a report from the Deputy Mayor of Dushanbe. heard on this issue.
Honorable Rustam Emomali instructed the Deputy Mayor of Dushanbe, the patron of the industry, together with the heads of Dushanbe districts and specialized structures in connection with the implementation of the strategy and action plan of the body to declare 2022-2026 as "Years of Industrial Development", build new plants and factories, launch non-existent enterprises and create new jobs, strengthen export development and expand export opportunities, and take the necessary measures to commission enterprises that are planned to open during the specified period.
The delegates continued to discuss the results of Dushanbe's economic and social development in the first half of 2024 and the tasks for the second half of the year.
The First Deputy and Deputy Akims of Dushanbe, together with the Akims of the city's districts and other specialized structures, were instructed in connection with the timely and high-quality execution of work dedicated to the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Dushanbe. State independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, to strengthen the process of fundamental work of educational and preschool, social institutions, health care institutions and other infrastructure facilities.

The representatives also reviewed and approved a number of decisions of the Mayor of Dushanbe on important areas of city life.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe, the Honorable Rustam Emomali, invited the participants to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
