Technical writing and oral translations skills in English in amelioration field

Minimum 5 year experience as a translator in international organizations and donors projects

Excellent computer skills, knowledge of all Microsoft applications

Financial Specialist (Cashier)

University degree on accounting or finance

1 person

Dushanbe (with possible visits to project zones)

Minimum 2 year experience as an cashier in international organizations or donor financed projects

Good knowledge of 1-C finance program

Excellent computer skills, knowledge of all Microsoft applications

Excellent knowledge of Russian and Tajik, knowing of English is an advantage

Administrator

University degree in a relevant field (e,g. administration, business)or equivalent professional preparation

2 person

(1 in Khuroson district and 1 in Yovon)

Demonstrated experience of min. 3 years in project implementation, preferably including experience in international organizations and community organizations

Skills and experience in accounting an asset

Excellent computer skills, knowledge of all Microsoft applications

Excellent knowledge of Russian and Tajik, knowledge of English is an advantage

Guard

Minimum college education

3 person (2 in Dushanbe 1 in Yovon)
