The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan is the central body of executive power responsible for implementing state policy in the areas of legal regulation, providing legal assistance to citizens, legal propaganda, the execution of criminal punishments, judicial and forensic expertise, and other areas of justice defined by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. It also exercises leadership, coordination, and control over the activities of its subordinate bodies and related organizations.
