Notification of Bidding Results

Invitation to Bid No.: RLERWP/G05

1. The Project Implementation Group (PIG) has received “No Objection” from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the Bid Evaluation Report under the “Resilient Livelihoods and Empowerment of Rural Women” Project:
   • “Heated and non-heated metal-framed plastic greenhouse” dated September 16, 2026 for award of contract to the successful bidder “Red-Telecom” Ltd., for USD 1,297,313.00 (United States Dollars One million two hundred ninety-seven thousand three hundred thirteen), exclusive of taxes and duties;
2. A total of four (4) firms submitted bids before the deadline of August 11, 2026. The bid opening was conducted on the same day, and the names of the bidders, together with the bid prices, were read out at the opening. They are provided in Annex 1.
3. One (1) bid was determined to be substantially responsive to the evaluation and qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
4. Information including: (a) the names of all bidders who submitted bids; (b) the bid prices read out at bid opening; (c) the names and evaluated prices of each bid considered; (d) the names of bidders whose bids were rejected and the reasons for rejection; and (e) the name of the winning bidder and the contract price offered — is provided in Annex 1.
5. Scope of awarded contracts is:

Heated and non-heated metal-framed plastic greenhouse.
