First Deputy Chairman of the Sughd Region
Qurbonzoda Suhayli Karomatullo was born on 18 February 1988. He is Tajik by nationality and has a higher education.
In 2010, he graduated from Moscow State Mining University in the Russian Federation.
He began his professional career in 2010 as Chief Specialist of the Department of Metallurgy and Non-Ferrous Metals Industry within the Directorate of Mining Industry and Precious Metals of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan. He subsequently served as Head of the Department of Non-Ferrous Metals Industry and Metallurgy within the Directorate of Mining Industry and Precious Metals of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, and later as Head of the Directorate of Mining Industry and Precious Metals of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From 2023 to 2024, he served as Head of the Infrastructure Development Directorate of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
On 30 January 2024, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Sughd Region.
