General informationThe Department of Information and Communication Technologies of the Central Office of the Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) has been developed on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan , the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Civil Service,” the Regulation of the Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by Resolution No. 615 of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 28, 2006, as well as other relevant regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
This Regulation defines the legal status, organization, structure, functions, tasks, and operating procedures of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies of the Central Office of the Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Department”), and regulates general issues related to the activities of structural units responsible for information and communication technologies.
