On 14 November 2025, a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the President’s Day of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the main office of the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The event was attended by the First Deputy Director of the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Shodiniyo Abdulbosit Shodi, the Head of the Department of Propaganda and Information of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan (PDPT) in the Ismoili Somoni district, Gadoev Abdurassul, the Head of the General Department of the Committee, Sharipova Laylo, as well as staff members of the Center.
The meeting began with the performance of the National Anthem and a congratulatory speech delivered by the First Deputy Director of the Center, Shodiniyo Abdulbosit Shodi.
Shodiniyo A. Sh. emphasized that the role of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon — in restoring the constitutional order of the state, strengthening the foundations of national independence, overcoming communication isolation, consolidating national unity, ensuring peace and stability, and advancing the political, social, and economic development of the country is immense.
“We must value the priceless blessing of the national Tajik state, and under the wise and humane leadership of the Leader of the Nation — the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon — unite our efforts to contribute to the prosperity, development, and stability of society, to the unity and cohesion of the Tajik nation, and to the progress of our beloved homeland, Tajikistan,” Shodiniyo A. Sh. stated.
Subsequently, the Head of the Department of Propaganda and Information of the PDPT Executive Committee in the Ismoili Somoni district, Gadoev Abdurassul, addressed the audience, congratulating them on the occasion of the President’s Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and wishing the Center’s staff success in fulfilling the assignments of the country’s leadership, as well as good health and well-being.
Further, staff members of the Center — Rustamov Jaafar, Aminzoda Shamsullo, and Davlatov Manuchehr — delivered speeches, noting that in accordance with the amendments and additions made to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Public Holidays” on 14 May 2016, the 16th of November is celebrated annually as the President’s Day of the Republic of Tajikistan. The choice of this date as President’s Day is symbolic, as it holds a special, decisive, constructive, and unforgettable place in the history of the Tajik nation.
At the end of the meeting, two employees from the core staff of the Center were admitted as members of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan, and six others were awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation by the PDPT Executive Committee in the Ismoili Somoni district.
