It protects the rights of citizens, including the right to education, employment, healthcare, and participation in political life, and ensures freedom of speech, equality, and national security. The Constitution is a destiny-shaping document, the passport of the nation, and one of the most important achievements of our independence. It embodies the long-standing aspirations of the Tajik people to build a democratic, legal, and secular society.
During the period of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and guided by the Constitution of the country, fundamental transformations have taken place in all spheres of public life, and our beloved Tajikistan has gained its rightful place on the international stage. The Constitution grants us rights and freedoms and, at the same time, places upon every citizen a great civic responsibility. Each of us must respect the Constitution and contribute to the protection of its values.
The National Testing Center, operating under the direct supervision of the President of the country, as an important institution in the field of education, plays a significant role in implementing constitutional norms, particularly in ensuring the right of citizens to education and fair access to secondary and higher professional institutions. The Center considers the Constitution and the laws of the country as its guiding principles and contributes to ensuring social justice in education. Through centralized entrance examinations to secondary and higher professional educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as through other areas of its activity, the Center facilitates the assessment of students’ knowledge and the advancement of the educational level of society. Guided by constitutional norms, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all aspects of our work, stated Director Jaafarzoda S. F.
