meeting

leadership

command

delegations

of the

Ministry

of

Defense

a

representative

of the

Constitutional

Court

of the

Republic

of

Tajikistan

was

attended

by

military

personnel of the

central

office

of

this

law

enforcement

institute

and

the

General

Staff

of the

Armed

Forces

of the

country

.

The

leadership

of the

Ministry

of

Defense

and

the

representative

of the

Constitutional

Court

noted

in

their

informative

speech

that

the

process

of

drafting

a

new

Constitution

began

after

the

16th

historic

session

of the

Supreme

Council

of the

Republic

of

Tajikistan

on

the

initiative

and

under

the

direct

leadership

of the

Head

of

State

,

dear

Emomali

Rahmon

,

which

,

as

a

fateful

document

,

determined

the

path

of the

future

progress

of the

people

and

the

state

for

decades

.

It is

noted

in

this

list

that

the

Constitution

of the

Republic

of

Tajikistan

very

clearly

reflects

the

form

of

public

administration

,

the

rights

and

freedoms

of

man

and

citizen

,

national

shrines

,

the

position

of

state

authorities

,

the most

important

directions

of

development

of

society

,

the

place

of

language

in

the

development

of

national

culture

and

other

vital

directions

of

society

.

Recalling

the

days

and

moments

of the

first

years

of

national

independence

,

it

was

noted

,

That

Tajik

officers

and

soldiers

worked

tirelessly

to

restore

the

constitutional

order

in

the

country

and

made

a

worthy

contribution

to

strengthening

and

maintaining

peace

in

the

republic

.

In

addition

,

it

was

noted

that

the

procedure

of

activity

,

regulation

of

military

service

in

the

Armed

Forces

is

also

regulated

by the

requirements

and

the

Constitution

of the

Republic

of

Tajikistan

.

Therefore

, it

was

stated

that

we

,

the

servicemen

of the

Armed

Forces

,

will

continue

to

fulfill

this

sacred

duty

with

a

sense

of

pride

and

high

responsibility

for

our

Homeland

and

Fatherland

.

At

the

end

of the

event

, the

participants

of the

event

regarded

the

adoption

of the

Constitution

as

a

very

sacred

glorious

and

fateful

date

in

the

history

of the

new

Tajik

statehood

and

as

one

of

the

brightest

pages

in the

history

of the

period

of

national

independence

congratulated

on

this

important

date

all

the

servicemen

of

this

law

enforcement

institution

and

in

their

person

all

the

defenders

of

this

ancient

border

and

boom

.
