Within the framework of the event, discussions focused on governance systems, institutional coordination, data sharing and integration, information system interoperability, and ensuring data inclusion and accessibility. Additionally, experiences and results from initiatives related to disaster loss and damage data, such as the DELTA Resilience system, risk knowledge, and early warning systems, were reviewed.
This multi-stakeholder dialogue enabled participants to discuss and clarify the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders, data exchange flows, and opportunities to strengthen inter-agency cooperation.
A key focus of the workshop was the discussion of the zero draft of the National Framework for Inclusive Disaster Risk Data Governance in the Republic of Tajikistan. Participants identified key challenges, technical and institutional gaps, as well as priorities and next steps for developing an integrated and inclusive data governance system.
The outcomes of the workshop provided a strong foundation for finalizing the National Framework and Roadmap, strengthening inter-institutional coordination and data exchange, and defining future avenues of cooperation in disaster risk management.
