Davlatali Said

Davlatali Said was born on March 30, 1970. Tajik by nationality, higher education. In 1993, he graduated from the Tajik State University with a degree in economics, and in 2008 from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in national economics. In 1988-1989 he served in the Armed Forces of Irkutsk, the City of Arkhangelsk of the Russian Federation. He began his career in 1993 as an expert in the examination of the State Committee for State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, until 2005 he held the positions of Deputy, Head of the examination Department and Head of the management of equity, securities and investment Funds of the State Committee for State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2005-2007, he held the positions of Chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of the Committee on Youth, Sports and Tourism under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2007-2009, he held the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan. From 2009 to 2013, he held the position of Chairman of the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan. By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated November 19, 2013, he was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan. By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated November 3, 2020, in connection with the creation of a new government, he was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan. By decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 5, 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Khatlon region. He was awarded the Order of Honor of the II degree and the jubilee medals "20th anniversary of the State independence of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "30th anniversary of the State independence of the Republic of Tajikistan".
