On August 18, 2026, a working meeting was held at JSC “Certification Centers, Public Services and Digital Application Development” to prepare for the technical launch of the “Pilot Project on Simplified Taxation for Individual Entrepreneurs.”
The meeting was opened by Jamshed Sharipov, Director General of JSC “Certification Centers, Public Services and Digital Application Development.”
The meeting was attended by representatives of the National Bank of Tajikistan, the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the working group, and participating banks — Dushanbe City, Amonatbank, Humo, Alif Bank, and Bank Eskhata.
The parties discussed the readiness of the technical infrastructure, the connection of banks to the National Bank of Tajikistan’s system, the identification of business and non-business transactions, as well as the procedure for further integration of the services.
According to the agreed plan, the technical launch of the project through mobile wallets is scheduled for August 24, 2026. Card-based services will be connected at a later stage, taking into account the technical readiness of the participating banks.
At the end of the meeting, tasks and deadlines for the technical work were determined, and the importance of coordinating the activities of all parties to prepare the project for full-scale implementation was emphasized.
