From July 20 to 29, 2026, a delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan, within the framework of the training program “Fundamentals of Digital Transformation of Public Administration,” visited the Public Service Center of Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan included representatives of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies, the State Institution “Center for the Implementation of Digitalization Projects in Tajikistan,” other government authorities, as well as Munzim Chasur, Head of the Center for Public Services in Dushanbe and the districts of republican subordination of JSC “Certification Centers, Public Services and Digital Application Development.”
During the visit, the participants familiarized themselves with the advanced experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of public services and digitalization, the organization of public service centers, the introduction of digital services, the automation of internal processes, and approaches to improving the quality and accessibility of public services.
Participation in such training programs is important for studying international experience, exchanging knowledge, and implementing modern approaches in the development of digital public services in the Republic of Tajikistan.
