On August 17, 2026, a consultative meeting was held in the meeting hall of the Executive Body of State Authority of the Jabbor-Rasulov District, chaired by the Chairman of the district, Yuldoshzoda Olimbek. The meeting focused on the timely implementation of the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, as well as the Chairman of Sughd Province, Rajabboy Ahmadzoda.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the district, the Head of the Chairman’s Office, heads of departments and sectors of the Executive Body of State Authority of the district, chairpersons of urban and rural jamoats, responsible representatives of the education and healthcare sectors, the district water management authority, environmental protection authorities and relevant sectoral institutions, heads of organizations and enterprises, as well as other responsible officials.
The consultative meeting chaired by the district Chairman addressed the following issues:
Commissioning of celebratory facilities planned in the district in preparation for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Progress of training exercises in preparation for the military and peaceful parade dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in the district.
Preparations for a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the ceremonial event at the central stadium and in the centers of the urban and rural jamoats of the district.
During the meeting, pursuant to Order No. 438ҳ/к of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 3, 2026, Ne’matzoda Abdughafor Vali was appointed Head of the Tax Inspectorate of the Jabbor-Rasulov District.
The Chairman of the district, Yuldoshzoda Olimbek, wished the newly appointed head success and achievements in conscientious and dedicated service worthy of the trust placed by the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, as well as in his work aimed at improving the standard and quality of life and the well-being of the population.
On the first issue, First Deputy Chairman of the district Bahodur Akramzoda delivered a report. He emphasized the need to implement the instructions and directives of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, concerning preparations for the military parade to be held as part of the dignified celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence.
In this regard, Chairman of the district Yuldoshzoda Olimbek issued specific instructions to the responsible officials to ensure further preparations for the military parade at a high level and to ensure a dignified celebration of the national holiday — the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the meeting, the district Chairman also paid particular attention to the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises, support for entrepreneurs in the construction of production facilities, ensuring cleanliness and environmental protection, intensifying landscaping and greening activities in urban and rural jamoats, as well as in the central part of the district. Responsible officials were given specific deadlines for taking concrete measures on these issues and ensuring comprehensive preparations for the celebrations dedicated to the 35th anniversary of State Independence.
It was noted that systematic work continues in the district on landscaping and improvement, construction of social and production facilities, repair and reconstruction of roads, greening, and infrastructure development. It was emphasized that the measures being undertaken once again demonstrate that the efforts of the state leadership are aimed at ensuring a dignified life and well-being for the people of Tajikistan, as well as at dedicated service to the people.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the district Chairman emphasized that every head and responsible employee must approach the performance of their official duties with a high sense of responsibility, make a worthy contribution to the further development of the district, improve the quality of services provided to the population, and ensure the successful implementation of important state events at a high level.
Following the issues discussed, responsible officials were given specific instructions and deadlines were established for their implementation.
