Today, 15 January 2026, a meeting was held at the Executive Body of State Authority of the Ismoili Somoni District of Dushanbe City, dedicated to the explanation and discussion of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, to the Majlisi Oli.
The meeting was attended by the Chairperson of the Ismoili Somoni District Ruslan Rajab Qodirzoda, Deputy Chairperson of Dushanbe City Tolib Karim Rahimzoda, Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Dushanbe City Fazilatpochoyi Mahmad Yusuf, as well as deputy chairpersons of the district, the Head of the Office of the District Chairperson, heads of relevant district structures, heads of departments and divisions of the authority and the Chairperson’s office, and officials responsible for urban improvement and landscaping.
During the meeting, the core content of the Leader of the Nation’s Address was discussed, with explanations provided on key areas of socio-economic development, state youth policy, strengthening of the family institution, prevention of undesirable behaviors, enhancement of national self-awareness and civic consciousness among adolescents and young people, and the expansion of constructive and development-oriented initiatives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific proposals were presented to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the instructions and directives of the Leader of the Nation outlined in this year’s Address. The significance of the Address as an important guiding document for the further development of society was emphasized.
