General informationThe Department for Regulation of Electronic Government of the Agency of Innovations and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan defines and regulates its organizational structure, main areas of activity, powers, functions, duties, and responsibilities.
In order to ensure the execution of its powers, duties, rights, and responsibilities, the Department carries out its activities in accordance with the established procedure in cooperation and interaction with other structural subdivisions of the central office, management plan and organizations of the Agency system, representative bodies, central executive bodies of state power, local executive bodies of state power, self-government bodies of cities and villages, international organizations, physical and legal entities, as well as with other structural subdivisions of the central office of the Agency of Innovations and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
