Implementation Period: 2026–2030
Project Leader: Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Academician of TAAS I. Sattori
Deputy Leader: Ph.D. in Veterinary Sciences I. Ismatov
Project Team:
6 participants, including:
– 1 Doctor of Veterinary Sciences,
– 1 Ph.D. in Veterinary Sciences,
– 4 research staff members without academic titles.
Project Budget: 1,658,187 somoni.
Main Results and Innovations:
-
Selection and collection of 20 new immunogenic strains of pathogens causing infectious diseases in livestock and poultry;
-
Ensuring short-term and long-term preservation of the strain collection in specialized environments: microbiological nutrient media (at 4°C), cryogenic storage, lyophilized form, and adsorbent;
-
Provision of 6 new immunogenic strains for vaccine production against infectious diseases of animals and birds;
-
Development of a laboratory technology for producing vaccines against mixed enterobacterial infections (colibacillosis, salmonellosis, proteosis) in young farm animals and submission of the technology to the production department;
-
Development of a laboratory procedure for producing diagnostic reagents (sera and antigens) for serological differentiation of enterobacterial strains;
-
Preparation of methodological guidelines for isolating the pathogens of pasteurellosis, braxy (bradzot), and anthrax in animals;
-
Obtaining 4 patents for new immunogenic strains and the technology for producing biological materials;
-
Training of 2 Ph.D. candidates and 1 Doctor of Veterinary Sciences.
