On February 25, 2025, a meeting took place between the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan, Vohidzoda K.H., and the European Union Ambassador to the Republic of Tajikistan, Radoslav Darsky.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of ongoing legal cooperation and collaboration in the field of security, with particular attention given to further strengthening cooperation in combating terrorism, securing state borders, and the extradition of wanted individuals.
The General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan, Vohidzoda K.H., emphasized the importance of improving mechanisms for mutual legal assistance, highlighting the need to enhance the efficiency of interaction between the competent authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan and the countries of the European Union.
In turn, Ambassador Radoslav Darsky provided detailed information about European Union projects being implemented in the Republic of Tajikistan, aimed at combating terrorism, strengthening state borders, countering transnational crimes, and related areas.
The Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the reception and confirmed his readiness to further develop a productive dialogue.
