On April 25, 2025 the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tajikistan Vohidzoda H.S. received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye in the Republic of Tajikistan Umut Acar in a courtesy visit.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on current issues of bilateral relations. The Turkish Ambassador conveyed his respects to the Prosecutor General and reaffirmed his commitment to continuing constructive dialogue between the two countries.
Also discussions touched upon the prospects for further cooperation between Tajikistan and Türkiye in various areas of mutual interest. Particular attention was paid to strengthening collaboration in the field of security and combating crime. Both sides underscored the importance of joint efforts in countering modern challenges and threats to stability.
The Prosecutor General noted the significance of developing friendly ties with the Republic of Türkiye and expressed confidence in the further deepening of fruitful cooperation in the legal sphere and in the area of security.
The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, reaffirming the mutual desire to strengthen mutually beneficial relations between Tajikistan and Türkiye.
