A Special Communication Center has been established at the Communications Service for receiving citizens' inquiries and complaints regarding the state of electronic communication services in a new online and interactive format.
Now, citizens can contact the Communications Service by dialing the short phone number 40-30 for issues related to communication problems.
The Communication Center operates 24/7, regardless of weekends.
At the same time, the Center is connected to the switching systems of all communication operators in the country through a modern online and interactive platform, and processes inquiries and complaints in an integrated and coordinated manner.
The goal of establishing the Communication Center with the short hotline (40-30) is to improve the level and quality of communication services in the country, respond to citizens' inquiries in a timely manner, and resolve issues and obstacles in the sector through a simple and accessible mechanism for citizens.
Additionally, the new online and interactive mechanism ensures the prompt and accurate consideration and resolution of complaints.
