Yesterday, a meeting of the collegium was held at the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, dedicated to summarizing the results of the sector’s activities for the first half of 2026.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Isfandiyor Sa’dullo, Deputy Heads of the Service, heads of structural divisions, heads of departments and branches of the Service, as well as heads of subordinate organizations. Heads of branches and structural divisions of the Service in cities and districts of the republic participated in the meeting via videoconference.
During the meeting, the results of the communications sector’s activities for the first half of 2026 were analyzed, including issues related to the development of telecommunications infrastructure, expansion of communication networks and internet access, implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Communications Sector of the Republic of Tajikistan for the Period up to 2040, improvement of the quality of provided services, and achievement of key sectoral indicators.
Heads of structural divisions and subordinate organizations presented reports on the results of their activities, analyzed the achievements made, existing challenges, and ways to address them.
The Head of the Communications Service paid special attention to the timely implementation of the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, development of digital infrastructure, expansion of high-quality communication services and internet access, as well as the implementation of priority projects in the sector. Following the discussions, specific instructions were given to responsible officials for further work.
At the conclusion of the meeting, priority tasks for the second half of 2026 were identified, and responsible persons were instructed to ensure their high-quality and timely implementation.
