Following the high-level meeting and negotiations, a ceremony of signing bilateral documents was held, during which 16 new documents on interstate and intergovernmental cooperation, as well as agreements between various structures of Tajikistan and Russia, were signed and exchanged.
The Joint Statement of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the President of the Russian Federation on Deepening Strategic Partnership and Allied Relations Between Tajikistan and Russia was signed by the leaders of the two states — Honorable Emomali Rahmon and Honorable Vladimir Putin.
The remaining 15 documents include:
— Action Plan for Increasing the Volume of Mutual Trade Between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation for 2025–2030;
— Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the BTK Group of Companies Consortium on the Implementation of a Project to Create a Light Industry Cluster of the BTK Group of Companies in the Republic of Tajikistan;
— Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation on the Legal Status of Representative Offices of Competent Authorities in the Fields of Internal Affairs and Migration in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation;
— Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Medical Examination of Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan Entering the Territory of the Russian Federation for Employment Purposes;
— Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Organized Recruitment of Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for Temporary Employment in the Territory of the Russian Federation dated April 17, 2019;
— Cooperation Agreement between the National Guard of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation;
— Agreement between the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in the Development and Enhancement of the Geoportal of Spatial Data Infrastructure of the CIS Member States;
— Roadmap for Cooperation in the Field of Transport for 2025–2030 between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation;
— Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Combating Cholera between the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing of the Russian Federation;
— Memorandum of Understanding between the Committee for Initial and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in the Field of Secondary Vocational Education, Relevant Additional Professional Training and Vocational Education;
— Roadmap between the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Atomic Energy Corporation “Rosatom” on Conducting Pre-Design Radiation Surveys and Research of the Dehmay Site in the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as Developing Financial and Economic Foundations for Its Decontamination;
— Memorandum of Understanding between the State Health and Social Protection Supervision Service of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare of the Russian Federation;
— Memorandum of Understanding between the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media of the Russian Federation on the Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum, Countering the Spread of Information and/or Information Resources Prohibited by Legislation on the Internet, as well as Combating Fraudulent Calls in the Provision of Communication Services;
— Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Unitary Enterprise “Machine-Building Plant” under the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an Authorized Legal Entity of the Russian Federation on the Establishment of the Tajik-Russian Industrial Park;
— Cooperation Agreement between the Agency of Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
