Under this name, today, on December 9, 2024, a refresher course for heads of general departments (sectors) of central government bodies was opened at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. Vice Rector for Science and Innovation, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Karamalisho Karamalishoev, Deputy Director of the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Hilbi Kurbonzoda and Director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Civil Servants Shahrukh Hamidov took part and spoke at the opening of this course.
During the opening of this course, it was noted that the e-government structure represents a new version of government management, carried out through the use of information and communication technologies in the functioning of central government bodies for the benefit of citizens. E-government is a means of accessing information and providing public services to citizens, businesses, other branches of government and civil servants, in which interaction between the state and applicants is very easy, and information technology is used in the best possible way. According to the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Civil Servants of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, this course is organized and organized in the amount of 46 hours with coverage of 60 students.
