On November 14 of this year, at the initiative of the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, a solemn event entitled "the role of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the formation of the civil service in the Republic of Tajikistan" was held as part of the celebration of the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. During this event, Davlatov J.M., Director of the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Saynozimzoda F.S. - Head of the Department of State Protection of Civil and Political Rights of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan, Alizoda B.P. - Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Humanities of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Mukhtorov Z.M. - Rector of the Singapore Management Development Institute in Dushanbe, Doctor of Philology took part and made a speech. The event was also attended by employees of the Civil Service Agency, undergraduates-civil servants of the Emomali Rahmon School of Statehood, students of the advanced training course for chief specialists, leading specialists and specialists of the structures of the committees for emergency situations and civil defense of regions, cities and districts under the program "ways to prevent fires and other emergency situations". The Director of the Civil Service Agency opened the event and during his speech expressed his opinion on the legal foundations of the celebration of this holiday, the efforts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, to create an independent state of Tajikistan, the noble initiatives and undertakings of the head of state towards the creation of a new society. In particular, it was noted that the President is the defender of the Constitution and laws, human and civil rights and freedoms, the guarantor of national independence, unity and territorial integrity, stability and longevity of the state, the orderly operation of state bodies and their cooperation, compliance with international treaties of Tajikistan. At the same time, other speakers noted that the Tajik people went through a very difficult period in the early years of independence and faced a number of difficulties. The role of the XVI session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan is extremely important for the formation of a new statehood of Tajikistan. The decisions of this session saved the state from disintegration and the nation from extinction, created a real basis for strengthening state power, forming national independence, setting directions for the development of society in subsequent years and following the principles necessary to build a democratic, secular and legal society. In this verse, Allah Almighty revealed that on the Day of Resurrection, all people will be resurrected and will appear before him for calculation and retribution, and he will reward each of them according to their merits in accordance with his deeds and deeds in accordance with his deeds. Other important issues at this sensitive stage, carried out under the direct leadership of the Head of State, are the protection of the territorial integrity of Tajikistan, the creation and strengthening of modern pillars of statehood and the formation of a management system in a very short historical period.
