During the meetings, it was noted that the Republic of Tajikistan is purposefully implementing its efforts against modern dangers as a partner in confrontation with other states of the world and confirms its readiness in this direction with concrete measures and relentless struggle. For this reason, the glorious people of Tajikistan, with the blessing of independence and the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, are taking decisive steps at a new stage of statehood, strengthening the foundations of statehood, periodically implementing grandiose construction plans, creating the basis for sustainable development of the country's economy and a prosperous life of our population. Experience shows that in recent years, difficulties have been created on the path of creative actions and ensuring a bright future for our beloved mother. In particular, in modern conditions, the penetration into Tajik society of such disgusting phenomena as extremism (i.e. extremism) and terrorism (i.e. terrorism) is alarming, and ensuring counteraction to them has become a real (objective) necessity. Extremism is an expression of extremist ideology and activities aimed at solving political, public, social, national, racial, localistic and religious (religious) problems through the use of violence and other illegal actions. An extremist is a person who, by his extreme actions to resolve political, national, local and religious issues, leads to the destabilization of society. Terrorism as an ideology of violence and influence on public consciousness is a practice of influencing the decision-making process of State bodies and international organizations based on intimidation, intimidation of the civilian population through murders and robberies or other illegal violent actions. Unfortunately, in our time, extremist and terrorist activities on the part of various forces have intensified in the international arena, terrorism and extremism have become a global (global) threat of concern to the modern world. Its influence is also felt in Tajikistan. The intensification of international terrorism contributes to the growth of extremist and terrorist crimes and the activation of extremist elements. The involvement of young people in the ranks of extremist and terrorist organizations and their participation in heinous domestic actions and armed conflicts of foreign States doubles this danger. We call on government officials, parents, teachers, religious figures, law enforcement officials, the media and other segments of the country's population to provide comprehensive assistance to young people and adolescents, showing them the right way to use the potential of youth, maturity and success in various spheres of life so that their vulnerability does not lead to them becoming victims of extremists and extremists. With the help of this factor, various organizations and groups create disagreements among the youth who make up the majority of influence in our society, including religious differences, thereby provoking conflicts and conflicts. This category, which is mainly the transformers of the leaders of extremist groups, exploits the inexperience of young people, trying to influence their ideology by including all kinds of extremist and terrorist groups in it, using their huge ninth potential for their own selfish purposes, where such actions pose a serious threat to our society, especially our national statehood. The President of the country, dear Emomali Rahmon, stressed in one of his speeches: "We must never forget and inspire today's youth that since the early 90s, the people of Tajikistan have seen with their own eyes the terrible and tragic consequences of armed confrontation and the imposed civil war due to violations of law, especially constitutional norms, and this adventure led to our state is almost to ruin." Today, it is increasingly required that all of us, united in the implementation of the creative policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, collectively be ready to defend our homeland from the negative impact of extremist and terrorist acts. At the end of the meetings, civil servants who entered the civil service for the first time solemnly and with a high sense of patriotism took the oath in accordance with the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Civil Service".
