Employees of the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan are participating in a training seminar on the improvement and development of new modules of the Human Resource Management Information System, taking place in the city of Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan

The training seminar on the improvement and development of the Human Resource Management Information System is being held from June 2 to 5 of this year at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The seminar covers topics such as the development of modules for attestation, performance evaluation, talent pool, rotation, declaration, civil servant training, and self-service in the civil service system, based on the experience of the electronic system e-QYZMET.

The seminar is attended by heads of departments of the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, together with those responsible for the implementation of the second Public Administration Reform Project and developers of the system.

The Human Resource Management Information System is being implemented by the Civil Service Agency with the aim of digitalizing the civil service sector and creating a Unified Register for the electronic management of civil servant data.
