In this regard, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in his annual addresses to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and other programmatic speeches, places special emphasis on the preparation of highly qualified personnel and the continuous enhancement of the knowledge and professional skills of civil servants.
According to the legislation in the field of civil service, the training of civil servants is considered a state priority, and every civil servant is required to undergo advanced training at least once every three years.
In this context, on May 26, 2025, an advanced training course for the chairpersons of the regions, cities, and districts of the republic was launched under the program “Public Administration in the Modern Era.” During the opening ceremony, the Director of the Agency for Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Idriszoda Ilyos Mumin, and the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Safarzoda Davron Jurakhon, participated and delivered speeches.
The course is being held from May 26 to May 28 of the current year, covering topics related to the key responsibilities of top executives of local executive authorities. Experienced professors and specialists are engaged in delivering the training.
