On May 28, 2025, the advanced training course for the chairpersons of the regions, cities, and districts of the republic concluded at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The course was conducted under the program “Public Administration in the Modern Era.”
This course was organized on the initiative of the Agency for Civil Service and the Academy of Public Administration with the aim of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies of the top leaders of local executive bodies of state power.
During the course, participants received instruction on key topics related to modern governance, leadership, personnel policy, sustainable socio-economic development, and other relevant issues. The training was delivered by experienced professors and specialists in the respective fields. Upon completion of the course, the participants were awarded certificates.
The Agency for Civil Service plans to conduct similar training courses for the leadership of local executive bodies of state power throughout the current year.
