Enhancing the professional level of civil servants is one of the priority areas of the state personnel policy. The Agency for Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan annually takes necessary measures to engage staff of the human resources departments of state bodies in retraining and advanced training courses at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In this regard, an advanced training course for the heads of human resources departments of the executive authorities of provinces, cities, and districts, under the program “Implementation of Personnel Technologies in the Civil Service of the Republic of Tajikistan,” was organized with the participation of the Deputy Director of the Civil Service Agency, Khilolbi Jumakhon Qurbonzoda, First Vice-Rector of the Academy of Public Administration, Firdavs Jalil Odinazoda, and Deputy Director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Civil Servants under the Academy, Dilorum Saidahmadzoda.
The course will last for 46 hours, from April 21 to April 26, 2025. Upon completion, a round table will be held, and participants will be awarded certificates.
