From April 14 to 19, 2025, a professional development course on the program "State Policy on Labor Migration in the Republic of Tajikistan" was held as part of the approved Plan-schedule organized by the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The main goal of the course was to enhance the knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications of migration specialists. Participants, including senior and leading specialists from the Migration Service across all cities and regions of the country, deepened their understanding of state migration policy, including its legal, social, economic, and international aspects.
The opening ceremony of the course was held in a ceremonial atmosphere, with representatives from government bodies in attendance, including the Deputy Director of the Civil Service Agency, Khilolbi Jumakhon Kurbonzoda, the First Vice-Rector of the Academy of Public Administration, Firdavs Jalil Odina-zoda, and the Deputy Head of the Department — Head of the Internal Migration and Ecology Department of the Migration Service, Khayriddin Mahmadulozoda. They delivered welcoming speeches and emphasized the importance of the course and the role of civil servants in implementing migration policy.
At the end of the course, which was concluded with a roundtable discussion, participants were awarded certificates for their active participation and successful completion of the training. It is worth noting that the aforementioned individuals also attended the ceremony of certificate distribution and delivered congratulatory and motivational speeches.
This course was recognized as a valuable initiative aimed at strengthening the intellectual capacity of personnel in the field of migration and will contribute to the effective implementation of state policy in this area.
